Ērmanis, Pēteris, Es sludinu : [dzeja] / Peters Ērmanis ; A. Prandes vāks. [Rīga] : Vaiņaga izdevums, [1920] 48 lpp. ; 18 cm.

Pēteris Ērmanis was considered to be the father of Latvian literary Expressionism. Ermani's collection of prose poems titled Es sludinu (I Preach, 1920) with a cover design by Alberts Prande, is a starting point for expresionist poetry. This design can be catalogized as part of Alberts Prande’s “modernism” before returning to “traditional realism''.
The poetry of Pēteris Ērmanis is dynamic, full of thoughts and insights. Ērmanis was one of those Latvian poets who most correctly portrayed the new post-war spirit after the First World War.
